What To Know
Appointment Times
Are available from 8am to 5pm. Sessions provided in my rooms in Whakatāne or online via Zoom or Facetime.
Fees
Fees are payable at the completion of the session. Cash or direct banking payment methods are accepted. There are no Eftpos or credit card facilities. Some medical insurers may contribute towards payment or your may be able to access funded sessions through an Employer Assistance Programme.
60 mins | $160 plus GST from 1 June 2023
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full session fee. If your service is funded through an Employee Assistance Programme, one of the allocated sessions will be used to cover the cancelled session.
Confidentiality
Psychologists are ethically and legally bound by privacy laws to not share details, except in the case of safety concerns when we may need to involved others to ensure your safety or that of others.
